What can one say about someone who provides terrific service with his product, a product he honestly promotes and believes in. The scooters are stylish, beautiful to ride, and so easy to control. My first 1000kms of riding have helped me appreciate the area I live in, marvellous scenery. Hoggy completed the first service and I was able to open up the throttle and really appreciate the acceleration of my scooter, and the speed, awesome. I cannot undersell Spartan scooters, or the owner, top job by a top man. I purchased a TG300s from Spartan scooters and am more than pleased with the scooter I have. These machines are stylish, and extremely easy to ride. Neil has just completed the 1000km service which meant that I can now fully appreciate the rapid acceleration, and cruising speed that is possible. The ride, the road holding, and responsiveness are all truly outstanding. Speaking with Neil you quickly learn that he truly believes in the product he is selling.
